Returning the products: After your notice of withdrawal you will have more 14 days timeto return the products to us. You as the customer bear the return costs.
Please note that perfumes cannot be sent by air mail or sea mail. Find out from your postal company whether they ship perfumes and whether and how they have to label the package. Perfumes contain alcohol and are therefore classified as dangerous goods.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund you in full, including the original shipping cost, if applicable, within 14 days of receipt of your notice of cancellation.
