conclusion of contract
By clicking the "Order with costs" button on our website, you (customer) order the goods that are in your shopping cart for the price specified in the "Total amount" field. The “Total Total” includes product price, taxes and delivery charges.
The product(s) will be dispatched once we have received official confirmation of payment from the payment provider (Stripe or PayPal). In case of doubt, the customer must provide proof of payment.
If one or more products are not in stock for any reason, the payment will be cancelled. In this case, the customer will be notified by email.

Products must be paid for in advance (before delivery). You can pay in our webshop with credit cards that are supported by the provider Stripe or by the provider PayPal, as well as other payment methods by the provider PayPal (if available).

We deliver our products to addresses in Austria. Delivery normally takes place within five working days.
warranty (Right of withdrawal according to EU law)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you as a customer have the right to withdraw from your contract within a period of 14 days after receipt of your order. This right of withdrawal enables you to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason and without additional costs.

Deadline: The cancellation period is 14 days from the moment you have taken possession of the products or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you has taken possession of the goods.

Return of products: After your notification of withdrawal, you have further options 14 days timeto return the products to us. You as the customer bear the return costs.
Please note that perfumes cannot be sent by air mail or sea mail. Find out from your postal company whether they ship perfumes and whether and how they have to label the package. Perfumes contain alcohol and are therefore classified as dangerous goods.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund you the full purchase price, including original shipping costs, if applicable, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Condition of the products: Please note that we expect the products back in the condition in which you received them. Any reduction in the value of the products due to use or damage may result in a reasonable reduction in the refund.

For any disputes arising out of or in connection with this purchase contract, only the competent court for 6020 Innsbruck is agreed.
