A short hike leads from the forest car park past the ruins to the nearby Romedius Church, next to which there is also a good inn. The view from the ruins is particularly spectacular at sunset. For those interested in history, there are information boards that tell more about the history of the castle and the region. The place is also very popular with photographers as it offers numerous photo opportunities.
