Right of withdrawal according to EU law: your reliable protection as a customer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We at diamanttirol.at attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers and would like to offer you a smooth shopping experience. For this reason we would like to inform you about your right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable EU laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you as a customer have the right to withdraw from your contract within a period of 14 days after receipt of your order. This right of withdrawal enables you to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason and without additional costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returning the products:<\/strong> After your notice of withdrawal you will have more 14 days time<\/strong>to return the products to us. You as the customer bear the return costs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that perfumes cannot be sent by air mail or sea mail. Find out from your postal company whether they ship perfumes and whether and how they have to label the package. Perfumes contain alcohol and are therefore classified as dangerous goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund:<\/strong> Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund you in full, including the original shipping cost, if applicable, within 14 days of receipt of your notice of cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
