Der Schlosspark selbst kann, ohne zu bezahlen, besucht werden und ein Spaziergang lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Jahrhundert von Erzherzog Ferdinand II als prachtvolles Renaissanceschloss ausgebaut wurde. Dort lebte er mit seiner heimlich geheirateten b\u00fcrgerlichen Frau Philippine Welser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Schloss Ambras beherbergt heute eindrucksvolle Kunstsammlungen, darunter die ber\u00fchmte R\u00fcstkammer und eine umfangreiche Kuriosit\u00e4tensammlung. Besonders sehenswert ist der Spanische Saal, einer der sch\u00f6nsten Renaissance-Fests\u00e4le Europas, der oft f\u00fcr Konzerte genutzt wird. Im Winter verleiht der Schnee dem Schloss und dem Park eine besondere Atmosph\u00e4re, und die festliche Beleuchtung macht ihn zu einem magischen Ort.
