By clicking the \"Order with costs\" or \"Proceed to PayPal\" button on our website, you (customer) order the goods that are in your shopping cart for the price specified in the \"Total amount\" field. The \u201cTotal Total\u201d includes product price, taxes and delivery charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The product(s) will be dispatched once we have received official confirmation of payment from the payment provider (Stripe or PayPal). In case of doubt, the customer must provide proof of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If one or more products are not in stock for any reason, the payment will be cancelled. In this case, the customer will be notified by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Products must be paid for in advance (before delivery). You can pay in our webshop with credit cards that are supported by the provider Stripe or by the provider PayPal, as well as other payment methods by the provider PayPal (if available).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We deliver our products to addresses in Austria, Germany and Italy. Delivery normally takes place within five working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return of products: After your notification of withdrawal, you have further 14 days time<\/strong>to return the products to us. You as the customer bear the return costs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of return: Please note that perfumes cannot be sent by airmail or seamail. Check with your postal company whether they send perfumes and whether and how you have to label the package. Perfumes contain alcohol and are therefore considered dangerous goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund you the full purchase price including the original delivery costs, if applicable, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Condition of the products: Please note that we expect the products back in the condition in which you received them. Any reduction in the value of the products due to use or damage may result in a reasonable reduction in the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
