The route is clearly indicated at the mountain station of the Rofanbahn cable car. If in doubt, you can inquire again on site. Of course, as with any mountain hike, you have to be aware of the dangers of the terrain, but it is basically a safe short mountain hike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Gsch\u00f6llkopf viewing platform offers a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view not only of the Rofan Mountains, but also of Lake Achensee and the surrounding valleys. The tour is particularly popular in autumn and spring, when the weather is often more stable. Benches on the platform invite you to linger and enjoy the view. The hike is also suitable for families with older children, as the path is varied but not too demanding.
